Additional Terms and Conditions 

GENERAL INFORMATION AND POLICIES
  • Check in time 4 PM - Check out time 11 AM.
  • Weekend rates apply Thursday through Saturday Nights and Holidays.
  • A 2 night minimum applies to all Cottage rentals.
  • All quoted rates are based on double occupancy except the 4 bedroom cottage which is based on quad.
  • Additional occupants will be charged at $15 per night to a maximum of $70 per week.
  • There is no charge for children age 12 and under.
  • All units are " No Pets" and "No Smoking".
  • Cottages are for personal use only.  No formal meetings or events allowed without prior approval.  The Main Lodge banquet room may be booked for larger parties.
  • One visitor per registered guest allowed per unit, unless prior arrangements are made.  All unregistered guest must leave by 11:00pm.
  • GST applies to all units except Main Lodge rooms which have GST and PST applied.
  • All amounts are quoted in Canadian dollars.
  • Upon check-in guests will be asked for a credit card imprint or cash deposit as security, to cover any incidentals that may be incurred or in the event that damage or theft results to a cottage unit.

RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
  • To hold a reservation the first night of accommodation is due at time of booking. Final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.
  • Full refund of deposit will issued if canceled more than 2 weeks prior to arrival less a $50.00 administration fee. A forfeit of full deposit is taken if canceled less than 2 weeks prior.
